Reservations

All services are by appointment only to ensure a personalized, uninterrupted experience. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Payment & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment.
This secures your time regardless of services selected. Remaining balance is due at the time of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers and payments are non-refundable
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice, based on availability
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of payment

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect other scheduled guests.
Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful spa environment, services are reserved for scheduled guests only unless otherwise approved.
Packages & Add-Ons
All packages and enhancements should be selected at the time of booking to allow proper preparation and a seamless experience.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If there is a concern, please notify us during your visit so we can make it right
